1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is WAGO UK & Ireland, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 02495884, whose registered office is:

By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to:

• Residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over;
• Professional Electrician registered with BESCA, Blue Flame Certification, Certsure LLP trading as NICEIC and ELECSA, NAPIT Certification Ltd, OFTEC, or a qualified, certified electrician.

Employees of WAGO UK & Ireland, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion are excluded from entering.

WAGO reserves the right to request evidence of employment within the electrical industry before awarding a prize.

3. Promotion Period

This Promotion will run between 00.01 GMT on the 22^nd July 2026 and 23.59 GMT on the 31 October inclusive. Each entry will entitle the entrant to an entry into the particular Draw Number. The entrant will also automatically be entered into all other subsequent Draws thereafter in the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

To enter, participants must:

• Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email Address & Mobile Number)
• Play the WAGO ‘Memory Game’ and complete the game in the allotted time
• Once complete, you will either be entered into the draw to win that months star prize or win an instant voucher which can be redeemed.

Only one entry per person, per month is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Multiple, automated or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

This WAGO package will be delivered directly, in total to the address provided by the winner.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

WAGO reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The decision of WAGO UK & Ireland is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be contacted via the email address or telephone number supplied during entry within five (5) working days of the draw taking place.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, WAGO reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Delivery of Prize

Where physical / star prizes are involved, winners may be required to provide a delivery address and must be a Professional Electrician registered with BESCA, Blue Flame Certification, Certsure LLP trading as NICEIC and ELECSA, NAPIT Certification Ltd, OFTEC, or a qualified, certified electrician. Proof of certification/registration will be required on request.

WAGO will aim to dispatch prizes within 14 working days of receiving the winner's details and proof of qualifications.

WAGO cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or damaged deliveries once dispatched.

9. Disqualification

WAGO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information;
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions;
• Uses automated methods to enter;
• Acts fraudulently or dishonestly;
• Attempts to manipulate the outcome of the competition.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, WAGO accepts no responsibility for:

• Lost, delayed or incomplete entries;
• Technical failures affecting entry;
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the promotion.

11. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the promotion will be processed solely for the administration of this competition and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Data will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has provided separate consent.

12. Publicity

Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Participation in publicity is voluntary.

13. Cancellation or Amendment

WAGO reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that residents of Scotland may bring proceedings in Scottish courts.
