Terms & Conditions

  • The promoter is: WAGO Private Limited, whose India office is at Block No. 94 (Vadsala Varnama) N. H. 08, Vadodara, Gujarat – 391243, India.
  • The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years or above, except employees of WAGO Private Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  • Open only to electricians, electrical contractors & professionals in India.
    WAGO dealers, distributors, and their staff cannot participate.
    Note: One entry per mobile number.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
    By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to accept these terms and conditions.
  • How to enter: Fill out the campaign form with correct details.
    Optional: Share your photo or feedback using WAGO products, it may boost your chance of winning!
    Note: Fake or incomplete entries will not be considered and will be removed.
  • WAGO Private Limited reserves all rights to change/modify/cancel the contest and terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • WAGO decision is final in all cases.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

How winners are chosen

  • Winners will be chosen based on your entry and lucky draw in the presence of WAGO Private Limited management.
  • Bonus entries considered for genuine uploads.
  • Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp/phone/e-mail for verification.

Prizes

  • 1 Mega Prize winner will be chosen each month and he/she will receive a ₹10000 worth gift bundle.
  • 10 winners will receive a ₹2,000 worth gift bundle, to be announced in November during the course of the contest.
  • 20 winners will receive a ₹500 worth gift bundle, to be announced in November during the course of the contest.
  • The prizes are not transferable & can’t be exchanged for cash.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
  • The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram within 28 days of the closing date.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  • The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara.

  • By entering, you allow WAGO to contact you via phone, WhatsApp or email.
  • By participating in the contest, winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on social media platforms of WAGO India for contest publicity purposes.
  • Personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • We may use your shared photos/testimonials in our promotions.
